1. Open Outlook and add a new account

  1. Launch Outlook 2025.
  2. Go to File → Add Account.
  3. Enter your full email address (e.g. name@yourdomain.com).
  4. Click Advanced options → check Let me set up my account manually → Next.

2. Select account type

  1. Choose IMAP.

3. Enter IMAP settings (Incoming mail)

In the IMAP configuration screen:

  • Incoming mail server (IMAP):
mail.spacewww.com (sometimes imap.spacewww.com depending on your plan)
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS
  • Username: your full email address (name@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: your mailbox password

4. Enter SMTP settings (Outgoing mail)

  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
    mail.spacewww.com (or smtp.spacewww.com)
  • Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS (465) or STARTTLS (587)
  • Authentication: required (use the same email + password as above)

5. Advanced options in Outlook

  • Ensure “My outgoing server requires authentication” is enabled.
  • Use same username/password as incoming mail.
  • SSL must be turned on for both IMAP and SMTP.

6. Finish setup

  • Outlook will test the connection (send/receive).
  • If both succeed, click Done.
  • Send yourself a test email to confirm.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • If mail.spacewww.com doesn’t work, try imap.spacewww.com for incoming and smtp.spacewww.com for outgoing.
  • Some hosts also allow using your own domain directly (mail.yourdomain.com) as the IMAP/SMTP host.
  • Double-check your mailbox password in the SpaceWWW control panel if Outlook says “password incorrect”.
  • If you see SSL certificate warnings, make sure you’re connecting to the exact hostname provided by SpaceWWW support (sometimes they use a shared host server name).
