Tips / Troubleshooting
- If
mail.spacewww.com
doesn’t work, tryimap.spacewww.com
for incoming andsmtp.spacewww.com
for outgoing. - Some hosts also allow using your own domain directly (
mail.yourdomain.com
) as the IMAP/SMTP host. - Double-check your mailbox password in the SpaceWWW control panel if Outlook says “password incorrect”.
- If you see SSL certificate warnings, make sure you’re connecting to the exact hostname provided by SpaceWWW support (sometimes they use a shared host server name).
