To set up your Pop 3 email on a Windows 10 device, follow these steps:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook and click “Accounts”. Then select “Add Account”
2. Choose “Another Account”
3. Fill in the fields and click “Sign In”
- Email Address: your-account@domain.com
- Password: Your email account password

If you see “No account information found” after step 3, click the “Sign in” button three times to change it to “Advanced.”
4. Click “Advanced”
5. n the “Advanced Settings” window, fill in the following information:
- Account Name: This is the name visible in the left pane of the Microsoft Outlook email application (e.g., Information Services).
- Your Name: This is the name recipients will see when they receive an email from you (e.g., “Your Name”).
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.your-domain.com
- Account Type: Select POP3 as the account type for configuration.
- Email Address: Your full email address (e.g., “your-account@domain.com”).
- Username: Enter your account username (typically your full email address).
- Password: The password for your email account.
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.your-domain.com.
6. Uncheck the last two boxes and click “Sign in”
- Require SSL for outgoing email
- Require SSL for incoming email
7. Click the “Done” button. Your email account is now set up.
8. Return to the Mail app control panel, select “Accounts” and choose the account you just set up.
9. In the dialog box that appears, select “Change mailbox sync settings”
10. Choose the options you want and then click “Done”
11. Save the changes, and your email account will be set up in Windows 10.
