What is download speed?
It’s the rate at which your device can receive data from our data center, determining how fast you can download files, send emails, or access websites.
What is upload speed?
Upload speed measures the amount of data your device can send to our data center.
What is ping?
Ping, or latency, is the time it takes to reach our data center, measured in milliseconds. Normal values range from 30 to 80 ms; lower values mean faster access.
What is jitter?
Jitter measures signal distortion when accessing the internet through our network. Lower values indicate better connection performance, while values over 5 suggest possible issues with your internet connection.
