Here are some issues you might face when using your FTP program:

  1. You can’t delete a folder. Remember, a folder must be empty before you can delete it. Check the folder to ensure it has no files or subfolders.
  2. You can’t publish a file or folder. Note that a file and a folder with the same name cannot coexist. Make sure the item you’re trying to publish isn’t already published as a folder with the same name, or the other way around.
