This guide explains setting up a professional email on Space WWW with the Mail app on macOS High Sierra v.10.13.1.
1. Open the Mail app from the taskbar.
2. If no email is configured, select “Other Mail Account” and click “Continue”.
Attention! If you already have another account set up, go to the “Mail” menu in the app and select “Add Account”
3. On the next screen, complete the required fields and click “Sign in”:
- Name: Enter the name you would like to display for the account you’re sending emails from, or the full name of your email account (e.g., your-account@domain.com).
- Email Address: Enter the email address you wish to configure, e.g., your-account@domain.com.
- Password: Enter your email account password. Please be careful with any spaces, periods (.), and uppercase or lowercase letters in your password.
4. Next, please complete the fields as indicated.
If you don’t have the necessary information, remember you can access the user area of our website at users.spacewww.com >> Your Services >> Detail (web hosting) >> Mail Settings.
- Email Address: Your email (e.g., your-account@domain.com)
- User Name: Display name (e.g., Pepe Perez) or full email (e.g., your-account@domain.com)
- Password: Your email password
- Acount Type: IMAP
- Incoming Mail Server: svxx.spacewww.net
- Outgoing Mail Server: svxx.spacewww.net
After entering the information, click “Sign In”. Mail will verify the server connection.
5. Select the apps to use with your email and click “Done”.
Your email account is now set up on your Mac.
