1. Launch Outlook and click “Tools” -> “Email Accounts”
2. Select “Add a new email account” and click “Next”
3. Choose “POP3” as the email server type.
4. In the POP3 email settings, fill in the fields as follows:
- User Information:

- Your Name: The name you want to appear when sending an email.
- Email Address: your-email@domain.com

- Server Information:
-
- Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.your-domain.com
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.your-domain.com

- Login Information:
-
- Username: your-email@your-domain.com
- Password: The password for your email account.

5. Once filled out, select “More settings”
6. Go to the “Outgoing Server” tab and select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Choose the “Use the same settings as my incoming mail server” option.
7. Click “Accept” to return to the previous screen. Click “Accept” again and then “Finish” on the next screen to complete the setup of your account.
