Solution:

1. Ensure the email account is properly set up in the Control Panel.

2. Verify the following:

  • Email address is correct with no typos (“name@domainname.xxx”).
  • Incoming mail server is correct (mail.domainname.xxx). You can get this information in your User Area.
  • Outgoing mail server is correct (mail.domainname.xxx). You can get this information in your User Area.
  • The password is correct.
  • The option “My server requires authentication” is checked.

 

If points 1 and 2 are correct and you are still having issues:

3. Check that you have an Internet connection.
4. If you have an antivirus, firewall, or proxy installed, temporarily disable it to ensure that it is not interfering with your email program.

 

At this point, if the problem persists:

5. Test access to your email account via the web using the Webmail at https://webmail.spacewww.com

If the account sends and receives emails correctly, review points 1, 2, 3, and 4 again.

If you are unable to send and receive emails through Webmail, please access the user area and send us a message specifying the following details:

  • Email account that is having the problem.
  • Password of the email account.
  • Error message that occurs when sending or receiving email from that account.
