If your website is published and not displaying correctly, check these points:
1. Read carefully the information regarding your hosting in the user area ‘User Area’ under ‘Your Services’ -> ‘Detail (of the hosting service)’ -> ‘Publish Website’
2. Publish your website in the folder indicated in your configuration.
3. Remember that the files that make up your website must have correct names:
- The names of these files must not contain white spaces.
- They must not include the character ‘ñ’
- They cannot have accents or other special characters (^, ¨, `, ‘, etc.).
4. Review all the links and elements of your website.
5. Ensure that the file and folder names are correct, free of typos, and maintain the proper case. The operating system (Linux) treats uppercase and lowercase letters as distinct, so be cautious with image names to avoid confusion. (For example, photo1.jpg and Photo1.jpg are different files.)
6. Ensure all files have transferred correctly.
