If your website is published correctly but still shows the old version in your browser, you might be accessing it through a proxy from your Internet service provider.
The proxy system saves copies of the pages you’ve recently visited, which is why refreshing your website still shows the previous version; the proxy delivers the stored copy.
To refresh your browser and access your page directly without the proxy, try using CTRL+F5 (for Internet Explorer).
