You can create databases from the Control Panel.
1. To do this, access the User Area at https://users.spacewww.com
Once inside the User Area, go to the section “Your Services” –> “Detail” (of the web hosting) –> “Control Panel Access”.

2. On the Control Panel access page, fill in the details as indicated below:
- Domain: enter your domain name
- User (A): username from “Control Panel Access” section in the user area.
- Password (B): copy and paste the password from User Area > “Control Panel Access”.
- Enter the numbers on the screen and press “Log in”
3. Once connected to the control panel, in the navigation menu, look for and select the option ‘Databases‘, and within the dropdown submenu of this option, select ‘MySQL DB‘
4. On the next screen, you will see a list of existing databases followed by the form to create databases. To create a new database, go to “Create Database” and fill in:
- Database Name: Database name.
- Admin User: Admin name.
- Password: 5 to 16 characters, starting with a letter.
- Confirm Password: Repeat the password.
- Click “Create Database” when done.
If you want to change the database password, click on it and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
