This guide shows how to create an email account via your web hosting control panel.
1. Log into your Control Panel. Go to the User Area using your purchase username and password.

2. On the login screen, fill in the fields as indicated.
- Domain Name: Enter your full domain name, including the extension. Example: your-domain.com
- Username: (A) Your username (found in User Area -> Your Services -> Detail, under “Control Panel Access”).
- Password: (B) Enter your password (from User Area -> Your Services -> Detail, under “Control Panel Access”).
- Enter the displayed numbers.
After completing all fields, click “Log in”
3. Within the control panel, go to the “Email” –> “Email Accounts” option.
4. On the next screen, you will see a list of existing email accounts followed by the form to create a new one.
If you haven’t created one, the default email account from your web hosting signup will appear. You can delete or modify it, and add new accounts from this screen.
To create a new email account, go to “Create Email Account” and fill in:
- Account: Name of the email account (no @ symbol or domain). Example: test
- Password: Choose a password (5-16 characters, not the same as account or domain).
- Confirm Password: Repeat the password.
- Click “Create Email Account“.
Now you have created your new email account.
